Kate Langfeldt Coaching Team Training
  • After coaching club volleyball for many years, I became frustrated with the limited time available to address skill development amongst a team of 10-12 athletes. I found that a lot of players had difficulty correcting their faulty mechanics in this setting. I began doing some individual training on the side and started seeing huge differences in the athlete’s ability to make subtle changes to their form which, in turn, improved their team play.

  • All of them! While I consider myself a setter, I have played every position at some point in my volleyball career. I started out as a middle blocker in middle school, an outside hitter my freshman and sophomore years of high school, I finally became a setter by my junior year and continued to set throughout college. However, my sophomore year in college I did play libero for part of the season as well!
